I will Collins Road Atlas book using a GPS on my trip to Ireland but the book will also be used for any side trips that we may take. L roads are shown, but not numerically labeled. Don't hesitate, just buy it, you'll need it. In the company was responsible for the production of a major new atlas for The Times newspaper: The Times Survey Atlas of the World. I found each page easy to read and it did show a lot of roads, but the pages don't connect in a manner that you can just turn pages and have the roads continue on.
